Seeing a Dorm Room

Seeing a Dorm Room

Question: During my campus tour, we were unable to view a dorm room. Does Barnard provide an opportunity for students to view different housing options?

Answer: Residential halls can be toured during the open house events Barnard hosts in the summer and the fall, and during admitted students' events in the spring. Admitted students have the option of being hosted by a current Barnard student, and therefore, get to stay overnight in one of the residence halls. Additionally, you can virtually tour some of our housing options by viewing some videos and photos (both still photographs and 360 degree photographs), or by looking at our "Dorm of the Day" series on Instagram.
